Andy is admitted to the Illinois Bar (2004) and the Florida Bar (2005), as well as the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Tax Court. Andy clerked and served as an associate with Law Office of Robert G. Fegers, P.L. in Winter Haven before moving his practice to Lakeland in 2007. He merged his practice with Joe Mawhinney in 2011 and Will Link in 2015 to form Reed Mawhinney & Link, PLLC.
Andy’s primary practice is in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates; Trust and Probate Administration. Andy is also a title agent for the Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC, and handles matters in the areas of Real Estate and Business Law, particularly as those areas relate to and overlap with Estate Planning. He is also general counsel for the Winter Haven Housing Authority. Andy is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of the Florida Bar Association and Estate Planning Council of Polk County.
Andy is married to Anna (who also works at the office) and has two children, Evan and Emma. Andy is an active member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church where he serves in music ministry, leads a walking and running ministry, teaches and serves as a lector.
