About Reed Mawhinney & Link

Our firm, originally known as the Law Office of Andrew M. Reed, was founded in 2007, focusing on real estate, business, estate planning and government law. In 2011, Joe Mawhinney joined the firm and the name changed to Reed & Mawhinney, P.L. Joe’s 35 years of experience and a busy commercial and real estate litigation practice was a good complement to Andy’s more transaction-focused practice. Will Link joined the office in 2012, bringing significant commercial transaction and leasing experience. In 2015, Will Link was named a partner and the firm’s name was changed to Reed, Mawhinney & Link, PLLC.

Reed, Mawhinney & Link is actively engaged in the areas of Business Transactions, Civil Litigation, Commercial Leasing, Corporate Law, Eminent Domain, Estate Planning, Homeowners Associations, Government Relations, Gun Trusts, Mediation Services, Real Estate, Wills, Trusts and Probate.
