Reed is a title agent for The Fund (Old Republic/Attorney’s Title), and provides closing services and title insurance for commercial and residential real estate transactions. Our office has significant experience representing and advising homeowners associations in connection with collections, foreclosures, governing document drafting and revision, deed restriction enforcement, and general advice and counsel. We have handled title issues, buyer and seller-side representation in closings, preparation of all types of leases, loan documents and security instruments, and acted as litigation counsel in connection with construction disputes, real estate contract disputes, foreclosures, collections, and landlord-tenant matters.
