| Ms. Mank is a native Floridian and 1995 graduate of Florida State University, where she received her B.S. in Political Science, magna cum laude. In 1998, Ms. Mank obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law where she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Upon graduation, Ms. Mank began her complex commercial civil litigation practice as an Associate in the Miami office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Ms. Mank was a member of the team of Weil Gotshal attorneys responsible for UnitedHealth Group's victory before the U.S. Supreme Court during the 2003 term, which ultimately upheld the clients' right to arbitrate important RICO and ERISA claims. Ms. Mank joined the Law Office of Andrew M. Reed in 2008 after relocating to Lakeland from Miami with her husband, Christopher, and two children, Callen and Caroline. Her commercial litigation practice focuses on business torts, contract enforcement, construction disputes, officer/director liability issues, and shareholder derivative actions. |
