Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Reed served as an Extern with the Finance and Real Estate Division of the City of Chicago’s Law Department; a Law Clerk with Chicago-based developer, LR Development Company); and a Conflicts Clerk with the Chicago office of Piper Marbury Rudnick & Wolfe. He received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Mr. Reed moved to Florida in 2004 and worked with a private practice in Winter Haven, Florida for two years, serving as assistant attorney to a small city, a municipal housing authority and a community redevelopment agency, and had the opportunity to represent businesses and individuals in real estate and litigation matters. Mr. Reed established Law Office of Andrew M. Reed in 2007, where he currently represents individuals, homeowners associations, businesses and local government agencies in a variety of real estate, business and estate planning matters. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida.
KATHLEEN L. MANK
Ms. Mank is a 1998 graduate from the University of Miami School of Law and was a commercial litigation associate in the Miami office of Weil Gotshal & Manges prior to relocating to Lakeland. Ms. Mank joined the firm in 2008, and currently handles association matters, collections, evictions and civil litigation.
